To make things a little easier for shoppers, we'd thought we'd make a few suggestions. Here is a selection of our vendors that feature eco-friendly and socially conscious items. There's so much more to discover at the 7th Annual Holiday Show.
Here at humble. we produce unique items, such as our bath bombs that each contain a gemstone hidden inside and our top selling deodorant using organic, local & sustainable ingredients whenever possible, mostly vegan, always gluten free, and always non gmo. Everything we offer is created in our home based soap kitchen in small batches to ensure quality and made of our own design from recipe to label.

Eco-Friendly bags by JENCI! These sturdy bags are made from quality vintage clothing, and factory cast offs destined for the landfill. Clothes are deconstructed and re-sewn using JENCI's original designs. Pockets are reused and original elements are re-imagined. They feature leather belt straps, silk ties and antique buttons.

Neighbors Apparel is a small business based in Akron that exists to create employment for refugee women who have been resettled to the North Hill neighborhood. The women are employed to make t-shirts, bags & accessories for the American fashion market, using authentic fabrics imported from their home country. Each purchase turns a customer into a Neighbor by connecting them to the women's stories through product. Your purchases support not only the living wage made, but the dignity earned through each piece.
Neighbors Apparel can be found at Musica during the 7th Annual Holiday Show.
ReGeeked is a line of hand crafted wallets and accessories. Every piece is created with genuine comic book pages and news print, making each a unique and one-of-a-kind find. Each wallet is first cut from discarded or damaged comic books and layered with other recycled papers before being hand laminated with a vinyl laminate to protect the comic pages and give a lasting durability. Any scrap pages are then used to create badges, hair bows, and other smaller accessories, keeping waste to a minimum and giving as much new life as possible to what might have previously been considered as worthless.
ReGeeked can be found at Summit Artspace during the 7th Annual Holiday Show.
Here's another Shopping Guide: Gifts for Teachers. We'll see everyone on Sat. & Sun. Nov. 28th-29th at Musica, Akron Art Museum, and Summit Artspace.
